This book has changed my perception of food in general. I've read other ebooks on Paleo diet before, but Beran Parry was able to explain the benefits of this diet in a very simple way, and show how vital the Paleo diet is for our bodies. We all have too much of environmental exposure that we have no control of, and controlling the quality of food is something that is in our hands. For me getting skinnier is just a nice benefit of this diet, but I think a health benefit of Paleo diet is of a greater importance. I love the extensive list of Paleo recipes in this book and an easy to use 12 weeks meal plan provided. With a guidance of this book making healthy food choices in life has just got much easier!Product details

I had some friends who were talking about the Paleo diet. Prior to reading book, I anticipated an outlandish diet theory involving periods of pure gluttony followed by lengthy stretches of starvation which is actually the caveman diet a few of my friends have painfully endured. I was pleasantly surprised to discover through this book that the Paleo Diet is actually a reasonable, healthy, and easily manageable diet based in science. This book provides great structure by which readers can easily transition into the diet without drastically changing normal eating habits. In addition, the cookbook features ideas for main dishes, desserts, snacks, beverages, and even dressings and sauces. This is a great cookbook with wonderful ideas especially dedicated for those who have heritable changes in gene expression. The recipes are inspiring and my family loves them. Comprehensive and explanatory, I highly suggest this book as a great starter kit to embarking on the Paleo Epigenetic Diet.
I have a lot of different cookbooks about healthy eating, but this one is a real gem. You wouldn't believe that preparing food without the grains can be so versatile. The recipes are fairly simple and I can't help noticing that this way of preparing meals feels more natural to me. Just this morning I ate Gutsy granola and it tastes really good - way better than shop-bought granolas. If the side effects of paleo diet are truly as beneficial as Beran describes, than even better. On the other hand, a lot of recipes take time to prepare. So, if you are looking for quick-to-do recipes, this is probably not the book for you.
Tremendous treatise on Paleo Recipes. This book literally and figuratively contains a “mouthful” of information for those looking to eat healthy and intelligently. I wish I had read this book earlier in life, that I could’ve taken full advantage of its anti-aging recipes. Great information and brilliantly written by the author.
This book is a real bargain (and the author is a real deal!)-> sooo many yummy and healthy recipes inside)!

I especially enjoyed the section on desserts- I want to master the art of gluten-free/Paleo/vegan baking and her recipes are very helpful.

Every recipe we have tried so far from this book has been fantastic. The food has been full of flavor and satisfying. Everyone in the family has enjoyed the food, even my picky eaters. We have a few favorites but we aren't even half way through all the recipes in the book yet. We are looking forward to exploring more of the recipes.
Heads up – this is a really long, and I mean long, book (6000 something locations on kindle). There are literally hundreds of recipes so that I will never lack in any paleo dishes.
The 12 week plan was a great addition. I feel as if I always spend a lot of time just think about what to cook. So this ready-made ‘plan’ is an ‘awesome plan’ for me, even if it’s just for!
I have got some other diet books including paleo diet books, but what really convinced me here was the author’s story on how and why she follows this paleo epigenetic diet. She’s also included some before/after photos, and that is like impossible to find in any treatment whether it’s for hair, skin, health or all of them. THAT is the biggest plus for me.
I have read so many Paleo books my brain is going to explode! What's great about this guide is you get the personal. The author uses this successful eating strategy to lose weight and tasty recipes to help motivate you to reach your weight loss goals.
This book is sensible and not written with an iron fist! It's all about understanding healthy eating and making better food choices for you!
